Vindicating Valdamar Valerian, Part 4: The NSA and aliens

In his book Above Black, retired Sergeant Dan Sherman claims that he had been selected to telepathically communicate with grey aliens working with the NSA because he had been genetically modified as an embryo to enhance this psychic capacity, and such an ability was important because the human race would eventually be subject to an electromagnetic pulse event that would destroy all electronic communication and the greys needed to be able to reliably communicate with human co-conspirators. This all sounds quite strange, but in my interview with Dick Allgire, he relates how his remote viewing trainer, retired Sergeant Glenn B. Wheaton tasked Dick with one of the aliens with whom Dan had allegedly communicated after talking with Dan by calling into an Art Bell interview that took place during one of his shows. Dick reports being in brief telepathic contact with this grey alien before being psychically ejected.

Of course, this is not exactly the sort of thing for which we have feedback, but Valdamar Valerian has been claiming that the primary purpose of the NSA since its inception has been to communicate with grey aliens, ever since they made their alleged treaty with the U.S. government somewhere either in the 1950s or 1960s. He says President harry Truman created the organization in 1952 to monitor and contain the secret of the alien presence, decipher alien communications and eventually establish an ongoing dialogue with aliens; something they apparently did eventually accomplish, if Dick’s remote viewing results are to be believed! Valerian says that a certain Project Sigma was initiated in 1952 or 1953 and run by the NSA and that its purpose was to intercept and decrypt alien communications, as well as to establish communication with them.

He says that Project Plato, also governed by the NSA, was an effort to establish diplomatic relations with an alien species, and in 1953, the NSA was successful in doing so (UFO lore relates that these were indeed the greys, with whom Dan claims to have communicated). The Robertson Panel, initiated by the CIA that same year, functioned as a disinformation tool to discourage investigation by the public into the subject of UFOs on the alleged grounds that they did not pose a national security threat. He says that Project Plato culminated in a meeting with aliens at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico in 1954. Previous agreements were reinforced to the effect that mutual non-interference was guaranteed and they would be allowed to establish underground bases here in exchange for alien technology, especially technology involved in mind control, beam weaponry and gravitation-based technology, and in turn, the U.S. government would remain silent with respect to alien abduction and cattle mutilation operations. He also mentions a Project Pounce, also run by the NSA, whose purpose was to recover crashed alien aircraft and occupant recovery, and to provide cover stories.

He goes on to describe Project Aquarius, another alleged NSA operation whose purpose was to collect medical and technical information from alien technology; something that is redolent of Dan Sherman’s description of data being provided to him about alien abduction. Ufologist and covert agent Bill Moore supposedly possessed a few documents from Project Aquarius, which was allegedly this same highly classified NSA project. He quotes NSA Director of Policy Julia B. Wetzel, in a letter to Senator John Glenn, stating “Apparently there is or was an Air Force Project by that name (Aquarius) which dealt with UFOs.” He states that the purpose of Aquarius was specifically to communicate with aliens and within this program was a project “Snowbird” whose purpose was to test fly a recovered alien aircraft over Groom Lake, Nevada.
