Vindicating Valdamar Valerian, Part 9: Underground alien bases

Alleged account of details of working at Dulce Base from an alleged participant

“In 1959, the RAND Corporation held several conferences on Deep Underground Construction. These conferences were attended by the various military services as well as large corporate construction firms like Bechtel. Underground construction projects began within a year. Existing underground facilities were beefed up and new ones were started. Funding for government underground facilities comes from “Presidential Shelter” funds, as well as covert drug operations conducted by the CIA under the orders of MJ-12. This procedure appears to be still in effect as of July 1989. Over 75 underground facilities have been constructed under various programs” (Valdamar Valerian)

I have written a great deal about remote viewers providing accounts of underground alien bases, and all of this was classified when Valdamar Valerian wrote his work. It would be a few more years after the publication of Volume II of Matrix that Star Gate would be declassified. That said, one can find my work on this here and here and these ought to function as preludes to what I am writing about here, as I will only briefly allude in this post to what I have written about at greater length elsewhere.

In his chapter on Dulce Base in Volume II of his series, Valdamar Valerian refers to humans undergoing cruel and insane experimental procedures, as well as grey aliens and large, bipedal reptilian aliens. Dick Allgire, in his remote viewing session of Area 51, has likewise referred to encountering such a reptilian entity, and like Valdamar, he describes large tunnels that transport occupants across vast distances. As Lori Williams in her Mt. Shasta viewing, Valdamar reports bizarre forms of genetic experimentation, and, also like Lori, reports experimentally produced Sasquatch-like creatures.

The description Valdamar gives of Dulce Base, as consisting of humans and aliens working with one another, is also consistent with what Pat Price described during his remote viewing session of the Mt. Ziel underground alien base. Valdamar makes explicit references to such “joint” underground human/alien operations:

“1962 was also the year that a space probe was landed on Mars. It
confirmed the presence of a viable atmosphere and further strengthened
the push for Alternative 3. Disk activity is observed by the public
around the area of Dulce, New Mexico, the area that would later become
famous as the site of a joint government alien facility.

The Central Intelligence Agency forms a front corporation known
as Permandex, in Canada, to handle worldwide opium traffic.

In 1963, Kennedy evidently issued an ultimatum to MJ-12, and they
decided that Kennedy should be subject to an expediency — killed. This
was the era when the United .States first started having its own
operational disks. 1963 is the date of one of the earliest visits to
an underground joint base by an abductee that came back and lived to
tell about it. It is the first hint of the underground breeding
facilities that are described in the Dulce Papers, events surrounding
Paul Bennewitz and Thunder Scientific Corporation in Albuquerque, New
Mexico, and other insidious experiences that have been reported by
scores of people from 1963 to 1989.”

He says there are other bases, in addition to the Dulce Base, in the Four Corners area. In fact, Valdamar says the creation of underground alien bases was part of the deal the aliens had made with our government during the 1950s and 1960s, in addition to their abduction routine and alleged provision of beam weaponry, anti-gravity technology and mind-control technology, to our government. Indeed, in comments on Dulce Base, Valdamar discusses research on psychic abilities and the human aura being conducted there, as well as mind-control technology and different kinds of consciousness-manipulating implants, calling to mind what Pat Price had warned about during his psychic exploration of underground ET bases in the early 1970s.
